Five years in Chess, Pedro joined the company as a technical assistant provideing assistance to engineers in the execution of their activities and in the bureaucratic administration of the technical process.

At Chess, he acted in the most diverse areas of the energy, oil and gas market, from basic training to advanced training for the performing of offshore services.

This knowledge is used both in the field and internally at Chess for the creation, management, monitoring and application of the company’s internal documentation, in accordance with the rules and laws in force in the country.

For almost three years, he has been responsible for coordinating the development of company and customer projects, acting as HSE manager in each contract performed by Chess.

Vanessa is responsible for Chess’s business development and commercial representation. She has over 18 years of experience in the oil, gas and energy market, playing a key role in business development in South America.

She developed her career in the commercial, marketing, financial, contract management and quality areas.

Graduated in Industrial Engineering and Financial Management at Estácio de Sá University, Vanessa is fluent in Portuguese (native language), English, French and Italian.

With international experience in seminars, trainings, immersions and conferences in the UAE, USA, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, Romania and Switzerland.

Matheus is responsible for Chess’s visual communication. He has a degree in Design at PUC-Rio, with extensive experience in image processing, marketing, digital file management and branding.

He is also responsible for keeping Chess’s identity up-to-date within the dynamic oil, gas and energy market, dedicating it daily to brand perception studies and trends.

Raised in multiple softwares, such as the Abode package and the Office365 package, he has mastery in all the processes necessary to perform his function, as well as actively exploring the field of artificial intelligence and its integration with the oil, gas and energy market.

Carlos is a Senior Consulting Service Engineer, responsible for the company field services, including installation, maintenance, and support.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Industrial Automation at EFPA, Carlos is fluent in Portuguese (native language), as well as English, Spanish and German.

In his 10 years in the oil, gas and energy market, he provided onshore and offshore services to clients in the Americas, Middle East and Africa, in a total of 13 countries with diverse cultures, requirements and standards.

Among his main specialties are commissioning, optimization, well testing, preventive and corrective maintenance and customer support for multiphase meters, wet gas meters and flow and fraction meters.

A corporate lawyer for over a decade, Ingrid provides full legal support to Chess and the firm’s clients. She acts nationally and internationally in the most diverse judicial and extrajudicial instances.

Satisfying the legal needs of Chess and represented, valuing the privacy of the business, Ingrid manages and monitors the contracts, defending the interests of the parties involved in the company’s business.

She has an international background at the University of Coimbra in the area of Business Law and has been working with mastery for almost five years in the energy, oil and gas market.

Graduated at Faculdade Plínio Leite in Civil Engineering, Gustavo is a consultant and trainee service engineer at Chess.

Responsible for the installation and maintenance services of the solutions that Chess offers to the market, Gustavo has international experience in the engineering area for almost a decade.

He performs his duties analytically and actively in offshore services, assisting in the development of the company’s internal processes.

With technical experience in international activities in Italy and in the USA, Gustavo closely follows the services performed by Chess.

Breno graduated in Environmental Engineering at Instituto Superior de Agronomia da ULisboa, in Lisbon, Portugal. He is currently studying Environmental Management at IBMR in Rio de Janeiro.

In 2024, Breno joins Chess’s technical team as a trainee consultant, offering technical support in maintenance and inspection of the solutions that the company makes available to the market.

His contribution aims to drive the growth and development of Chess’s business, with the help of his experience in both Portugal and Brazil.

Breno is fluent in Portuguese, his native language, as well as English and Spanish.
